I’ve been training in kickboxing and martial arts for over almost 15 years and been a personal trainer for over 10.
Over the years I’ve found the biggest tenets that lead to success in reaching health & fitness goals are connection, trust and accountability.
It’s important to me to connect with each client on a personal level so that trust is established. The road to reaching health & fitness goals isn’t always an easy one. Trust and understanding are essential in the client and trainer relationship in order to maintain accountability.
Through connection, trust and accountability, my clients are able to develop confidence in their abilities and continue to not only reach their goals but to push their limits.
